BASE TRAVEL FEE: $30 MILEAGE FEE: $0.70 per MILE (round trip) NOTARY SEAL CHARGE: $1.25 per notarial act. EX. $30 + (8miles X $0.70) + ($1.25 X 3) = $39.35
